AerSale将从主要投资者Leonard Green手中回购4500万美元

AerSale (NASDAQ:ASLE) has agreed to repurchase around 6.428M shares of stock from its long-term private equity sponsor Leonard Green & Partners at a negotiated price of $7.00 a share.
The $45M transaction is expected to close on or around March 18, 2025. Following the close of the transaction, the company expects its outstanding share count to be reduced by ~12%.
ASLE +2.97% premarket to $8.64
