Junee收购MindEnergy 51%股份

- Junee (NASDAQ:JUNE) announced on Wednesday it has reached an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in MindEnergy AI Technology.
- Pursuant to the share purchase agreement, the initial consideration shall be $250,000 and the total purchase price could be up to $9.8 million. The company shall initially issue 62,500 ordinary shares to the seller, while the maximum number of shares to be issued as consideration is up to 2.45 million.
- The company said the consideration will be paid in newly issued ordinary shares of the company at $4 per ordinary share.
- Through this strategic investment, the company will collaborate closely with MindEnergy to develop the next generation of AI training and inference servers.
