牛顿高尔夫将进行1比30反向股票拆分

Newton Golf (NASDAQ:SPGC) said its board has approved a 1-for-30 reverse stock split.
The split is expected to take place at the opening of trading on March 17, and on the same day the firm's stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis under the new ticker symbol 'NWTG'.
The firm also said it has officially changed its corporate name from Sacks Parente Golf (NASDAQ:SPGC) to Newton Golf Company.
