ChampionX (NASDAQ:CHX) said it will sell its equity interests in US Synthetic.
The firm said it will sell the interests to LongRange Capital.
"We believe that LongRange Capital will be the right home for US Synthetic to further foster their growth," CEO Sivasankaran Somasundaram said.
