TC BioPharm将实施ADS比率变更

- TC BioPharm (NASDAQ:TCBP) on Wednesday said it will change ratio of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) to ordinary shares from one ADS representing 200 ordinary shares to one ADS representing 4,000 ordinary shares.
- The company said the ADS ratio change is expected to become effective on February 10, 2025.
- On the effective date, ADS holders will be required to surrender and exchange every 20ADS held for one new ADS. The Bank of New York Mellon, as the depositary bank for the company's ADS program, will arrange for the exchange, it added.
- TCBP is -25.02% to $0.2699.
