RF收购股价上涨，股东批准与协兴环球合并

- RF Acquisition (NASDAQ:RFAC) Friday said that its stockholders approved the previously announced business combination with GCL Global, a video game distributor and publisher based in Asia.
- RFAC +11.54% premarket to $7.25.
- The business combination is expected to close in the coming weeks, resulting in each of GCL and RFAC becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCL Global Holdings, with its ordinary shares and warrants expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the trading symbol “GCL” and “GCLW,” respectively.
