Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VII (HVII) priced its initial public offering of 17.5M units at a price of $10.00 per unit.
The units will be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “HVIIU” beginning January 17, 2025.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-twelfth of a Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of the company’s initial business combination.
The company’s Class A ordinary shares and the share rights are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “HVII” and “HVIIR,” respectively.
The offering is expected to close on January 21, 2025.
The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.63M units.
