KWEST Micro Systems任命Jennifer Welsh为首席财务官

- KWESST Micro Systems (NASDAQ:KWESW) said it has appointed Jennifer Welsh as its CFO, effective February 3.
- Welsh, who has two decades of experience, has also been named as the chief compliance officer. She will replace Kris Denis, who was appointed CFO on an interim basis on November 27, 2023.
- Welsh has also resigned from the board and as chair of the audit committee, effective immediately. Denis will transition to a new role within the KWESST finance team.
- The firm also named James Yersh as a director of the company and chair of the audit committee.
