Vaccinex收到纳斯达克退市通知，股价下跌逾49%

  • Vaccinex (NASDAQ:VCNX) on Tuesday said it has received a Nasdaq notice, indicating that Nasdaq has determined to delist the company’s shares from Nasdaq due to the company’s failure to meet Nasdaq’s continued listing standards.
  • Vaccinex (VCNX) shares were down over 49% in premarket trading.
  • The Nasdaq notice stated that the company has not been compliant with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) to maintain a minimum of $2.5 million in stockholders’ equity for continued listing on Nasdaq.
  • The notice indicated that trading in the company’s shares of common stock on Nasdaq will be suspended effective at the open of trading on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
  • Upon suspension of the trading of its common stock on Nasdaq, the company expects that its common stock will be quoted under its existing symbol “VCNX” on the OTC Markets Group.
