Lightwave Logic任命Yves LeMaitre为首席执行官

- Lightwave Logic (NASDAQ:LWLG) said on Wednesday that it is strengthening its management team to accelerate product and commercial strategic initiatives.
- The board has named optical communications industry veteran Yves LeMaitre as Chief Executive Officer and former CEO and Chairman Thomas E. Zelibor as President of the company.
- The board has appointed Ronald Bucchi, current lead independent director, as its new non-executive independent Chairman. James S. Marcelli serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
- Michael Lebby has retired as Chairman and CEO of Lightwave Logic, effective December 10, 2024.
- Lightwave Logic (LWLG) shares were up 1.13% in pre-market trading.
