enGene宣布6000万美元私募融资

- enGene Holdings (NASDAQ:ENGN) has announced that it has agreed to sell 6.76M of its common shares at a price per share of $8.90.
- enGene anticipates the gross proceeds to be ~$60M and, intends to use the net proceeds to fund the continued development of detalimogene, pre-commercial activities, the potential expansion of the DDX platform, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
- The proceeds from this financing, combined with current cash and cash equivalents, are expected to be sufficient to fund the current operating plan into 2027.
- The financing is expected to close on Oct. 29, 2024.
