Arq (NASDAQ:ARQ) stock fell 11% in premarket trade after it said it has priced the underwritten public offering of 4.77M shares at $5.25 apiece.
The firm expects to raise ~$25 million from the offering.
The offering is at a 14.9% discount to the firm's last close on Thursday.
