凯森收购IPO价格为6000万美元

- Cayson Acquisition (CAPNU) priced its initial public offering of 6M units at $10.00 per unit.
- The company’s units will be listed on the Nasdaq and will begin trading on September 20, 2024, under the ticker symbol “CAPNU.”
- Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right entitling its holder to receive one tenth of one ordinary share.
- The ordinary shares and rights are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “CAPN” and “CAPNR,” respectively.
- Underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 900K units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments.
- The company intends to focus its search for a target business on entities located throughout Asia but will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location.
- It is led by its Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Yawei Cao.
