BloomZ收到纳斯达克的违规通知

- BloomZ (NASDAQ:BLMZ) said on Wednesday it has received a written notification from Nasdaq notifying that the company is not in compliance with the minimum market value of listed securities set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rules for continued listing.
- The listing rule requires companies to maintain a minimum market value of listed securities of $35 million.
- In the event the company does not regain compliance by March 11, 2025, the company will be subject to delisting.
