SLAM从纳斯达克过渡到场外市场

- SLAM (NASDAQ:SLAM) as anticipated, received a notice from The Nasdaq, stating that in accordance with Nasdaq rules, Slam’s securities will be delisted from the Exchange.
- At the open of trading on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024, Slam’s securities will be suspended on Nasdaq and are expected to begin trading on the OTC Markets under the tickers “SLAM” and “SLAMW”, respectively, ensuring uninterrupted market activity for its shareholders.
- Upon the closing of the transaction, the merged company is expected to list on Nasdaq under the symbol “LYNK” and its warrants under the symbol “LYNKW”.
