KKR将从BRIT购买价值16.4亿美元的学生住房组合

- KKR (NYSE:KKR) said funds managed by KKR will acquire a portfolio of 19 purpose-built student housing properties from Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust for ~$1.64 billion.
- “Student housing is a sector that we have long-term conviction in," said Justin Pattner, partner at KKR and head of real estate equity in the Americas.
- After closing of the deal, the portfolio will be managed by University Partners, and the transaction is expected to close by the third quarter of 2024.
