Snowline Gold宣布2500万加元“买入交易”私募

- Snowline Gold (OTCQB:SNWGF) Wednesday announced an agreement under which underwriters agreed to purchase, on a "bought deal" private placement basis, 3.21M "flow-through" shares of the company for C$7.80 per Charity FT share, raising about C$25M.
- The company said it would use an amount equal to the gross proceeds received from the sale of the Charity FT shares, to incur eligible "Canadian exploration expenses" that qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures" related to the company's projects in the Yukon Territory, on or before December 31, 2025.
- The offering is expected to close on or about April 25.
