04:23 PM EDT, 07/01/2022 (MT Newswires) -- CTS Corp. (CTS) said it completed the acquisition of Ferroperm Piezoceramics from Meggitt (LSE: MGGT) for 525 million Danish kroner ($73.8 million) in cash.

美國東部時間2022年01月07日下午04：23(MT Newswres)--CTS Corp.(CTS Corp.)表示，已完成以5.25億丹麥克朗(約合7380萬美元)現金從Meggitt(倫敦證券交易所代碼：MGGT)手中收購Ferroperm Piezoceramics。

The acquisition will likely be accretive in 2023, CTS said in a statement late Friday. Ferroperm's European footprint combined with its experience in therapeutic products "complements" CTS' expertise in sensors and electronic components.
