09:14 AM EDT, 06/24/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Entegris (ENTG) and CMC Materials (CCMP) said Friday they have received clearance from China's State Administration for Market Regulation for their proposed merger.
Under the terms of the deal, Entegris agreed to acquire CMC for cash and stock with an enterprise value of about $6.5 billion.
根據交易條款，Entigis同意以現金加股票的方式收購CMC，企業價值約為65億美元。
The companies said they have received all required regulatory clearances for the deal, which is expected to close on or about July 6.

Entegris shares rose 3% in premarket trading, while CMC was up 1.2%
