12:30 AM EDT, 06/21/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Imagi International Holdings (HKG:0585) is looking to strengthen the capital base of its core financial service business IFGL by bringing in CST Group (HKG:0985) as an investor.

美國東部時間2022年06月21日12：30(MT Newwires)--Imagi International Holdings(HKG：0585)希望通過引入CST Group(HKG：0985)作為投資者來加強其核心金融服務業務IFGL的資本基礎。

CST agreed to subscribe to 670 shares of IFGL at HK$82,090 each, valuing the investment at HK$55 million ($7 million).

CST同意以每股82,090港元認購IFGL的670股股份，對這筆投資的估值為5500萬港元(合700萬美元)。

IFGL, through its subsidiaries, provides integrated financial services in Hong Kong, including but not limited to securities brokerage, margin financing, asset management, money lending, as well as securities investments, and trading.

IFGL透過其附屬公司在香港提供綜合金融服務，包括但不限於證券經紀、保證金融資、資產管理、借貸、證券投資及交易。

Upon completion of the investment, CST will hold a 6.28% stake in IFGL and Imagi's ownership in the business will be diluted to 93.72% from 100%.

投資完成后，CST將持有IFGL 6.28%的股份，Imagi在該業務中的所有權將從100%稀釋至93.72%。

Imagi said the subscription will bring new capital to IFGL and be favorable to the growth momentum of its financial business, according to a Tuesday disclosure.
