07:09 AM EDT, 06/17/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Virgin Group Acquisition Corp. II (VGII) on Friday completed its business combination with sustainable consumer products company Grove Collaborative.

美國東部時間2022年6月17日07：09 AM--維珍集團收購公司II(VGII)周五完成了與可持續消費品公司Grove Collaborative的業務合併。

Following the transaction, which was approved by the special purpose acquisition company's shareholders on Tuesday, Virgin Group Acquisition changed its name to Grove Collaborative Holdings.

在這筆交易於周二獲得這家特殊目的收購公司股東的批准后，維珍集團收購更名為Grove Collaborative Holdings。

The merged company's shares are expected to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol GROV on Friday.

合併后的公司股票預計將於周五在紐約證券交易所開始交易，股票代碼為Grov。
