10:28 AM EDT, 06/15/2022 (MT Newswires) -- America First Multifamily Investors (ATAX) said Wednesday the board of managers of Greystone AF Manager has declared a regular quarterly distribution of $0.37 per America First beneficial unit certificate, up 12% from the previous payout of $0.33.

The board also declared a supplemental distribution of $0.20 per beneficial unit certificate, bringing the total amount to $0.57.

The total distribution is payable July 29 to beneficial unit certificate holders of record as of June 30.

America First Multifamily said it "expects to continue to be in a position to make supplemental distributions, in addition to the regular quarterly distributions, for the remaining quarterly periods in 2022."

Greystone AF Manager is the general partner of America First Capital Associates Ltd. Partnership Two, which is the general partner of America First Multifamily Investors.
