Cf Acquisition Corp.V完成与Satellogic的合并

05:35 PM EST, 01/25/2022 (MT Newswires) -- CF Acquisition Corp. V (CFV) said late Tuesday the blank-check company closed its merger with Satellogic in a deal that will take the geospatial company public.
Satellogic's Class A ordinary shares and warrants will start trading on the Nasdaq under the tickers SATL and SATLW, respectively, on Wednesday.
Satellogic will receive approximately $262 million in gross proceeds.
