中信股份资本收购与全能系统的合并获美国证券交易委员会批准；计划在纽交所上市

06:12 AM EST, 01/10/2022 (MT Newswires) -- CITIC Capital Acquisition Corp. (CCAC) said its proposed merger with Quanergy Systems was declared effective by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, according to a filing late Friday.
An extraordinary general meeting will be held on Jan. 31 to approve the merger.
Upon closing the merger, the combined company will be named Quanergy Systems and listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "QNGY.".
