10:06 AM EST, 12/28/2021 (MT Newswires) -- CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II (PRPB) said Tuesday Multiply Group committed to invest $75 million in additional private investment in public equity in the blank-check firm's pending merger with Getty Images.

The combined company will be valued at an estimated $4.8 billion, with $225 million in total PIPE proceeds and $1.3 billion in expected total equity investment. The share is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "GETY."

The closing of the transaction is expected in the first half of 2022.

Shares in the special purpose acquisition company edged higher in recent morning trading Tuesday.
