Gores Metropoulos II，Sonder与美国美国证券交易委员会合并登记声明宣布生效

01:29 PM EST, 12/23/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Gores Metropoulos II (GMII) and hospitality company Sonder said Thursday their merger registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission was declared effective Wednesday.
Blank check company Gores Metropoulos II will seek approval of the deal at a special shareholders meeting Jan. 14, the companies said.
Sonder's shares and warrants will be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbols SOND and SONDW respectively after the deal closes, according to the statement.
