Signa Sports United完成与Yucaipa收购的合并上市

08:01 AM EST, 12/15/2021 (MT Newswires) -- SIGNA Sports United, a sports e-commerce and technology platform, said late Tuesday that it has closed its merger with Yucaipa Acquisition (YAC) to become a publicly listed entity.
The combined entity will operate as SIGNA Sports United and will start trading on the NYSE on Dec. 15 under the trading symbol SSU.
The deal closing provided the company with $484 million from Yucaipa trust proceeds and a fully committed, upsized private placement of common stock from investors.
The company also closed the acquisition of WiggleCRC.
