空白支票公司Yucaipa预计下周完成SIGNA Sports合并

01:24 PM EST, 12/10/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Yucaipa Acquisition (YAC) said Friday that it expects to complete its planned merger with sports e-commerce and technology platform SIGNA Sports United on Dec. 14, subject to the blank-check company's shareholder approval.
The shareholder meeting is scheduled for Dec. 13.
The deal is expected to raise at least $484 million from Yucaipa trust proceeds and a private placement of common stock, according to a statement.
Following the deal, SIGNA Sports United's shares are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "SSU."
