空白支票公司GigCapital4的股东批准与BigBear.ai合并

04:37 PM EST, 12/03/2021 (MT Newswires) -- GigCapital4 (GIG) and artificial intelligence and machine learning company BigBear.ai said Friday that the blank check company's shareholders approved the merger between the companies.
The merger is expected to close on or about Dec. 7.
The combined company will operate as BigBear.ai, and its shares are expected to trade on the NYSE starting Dec. 8 under the symbols BBAI, the companies said.
