J2 Global: 3Q Earnings Snapshot

LOS ANGELES (AP) _ J2 Global Inc. (JCOM) on Thursday reported third-quarter earnings of $30.7 million.
On a per-share basis, the Los Angeles-based company said it had net income of 62 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.70 per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.69 per share.
The internet and cloud services company posted revenue of $344.1 million in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $332 million.
J2 Global expects full-year earnings in the range of $6.95 to $7.15 per share, with revenue in the range of $1.33 billion to $1.37 billion.
J2 Global shares have increased 37% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $94.96, a climb of 30% in the last 12 months.
