GXO宣布布拉德·雅各布斯将卸任非执行主席

资深高管帕特里克·伯恩将出任非执行董事长

康涅狄格州格林威治，2025年12月15日（GLOBE NEWSWIRE）——全球最大的纯粹合同物流供应商GXO物流公司（纽约证券交易所代码：GXO）今日宣布，布拉德·雅各布斯将于2025年12月31日卸任非执行董事长一职。届时，帕特里克·伯恩将接任非执行董事长一职。

在 GXO 经历了一段重大变革时期之后，董事长进行了更迭。这段变革时期包括任命首席执行官 Patrick Kelleher、增聘几位高级领导、任命七位新的独立董事会成员以及 GXO 收购 Wincanton 获得监管部门批准。

拜恩于2025年7月加入GXO董事会，拥有超过30年的数字化转型和运营领导经验。此前，他曾担任通用电气数字业务首席执行官和通用电气运营转型高级副总裁，更早之前，他还在福迪威、丹纳赫和泰克科技担任过高级领导职务。

Byrne 目前担任 Diebold Nixdorf 的非执行董事长和 Verra Mobility 的董事长，此前曾担任 Micron Technology 的独立董事。
