The Z-Trak Express 1K5, the latest innovation in the Z-Trak family , is designed for cost-effective 3D measurement and inspection. It delivers real-time, high-speed 3D processing, achieving a maximum profile rate of 5,000 profiles per second across its entire measurement range. This makes it ideal for a wide range of industries, including secondary battery production, automotive manufacturing, wood inspection, factory automation, and logistics.

The Z-Trak Express 1K5 features a 1700 mm horizontal field of view, enabling accurate measurement and inspection of wide objects such as planks, pavement, pallets, and automotive parts using a single sensor. It also supports the integration of multiple sensors in a variety of topologies, enabling advanced measurement and inspection tasks such as measuring the thickness of moving parts, performing continuous 360-degree inspection, and extending the horizontal field of view without compromising Z resolution. To simplify deployment and reduce costs, the Z-Trak Express 1K5 synchronizes multiple sensors using a single data cable and supports content-based triggering for increased flexibility.

All Z-Trak profilers are ready for deployment, achieving micron-level measurement accuracy without the need for on-site calibration. To accommodate objects of varying sizes, shapes, colors, surfaces, and materials, the Z-Trak Express 1K5 includes real-time user-programmable profile enhancement, two-point HDR, and models with eye-safe red or blue lasers. Like all Z-Trak laser profilers, the Z-Trak Express 1K5 is capable of on-machine processing without sacrificing profiling rate.
