- Nutriband (NTRB) received $1.75M from the exercise of 272,671 NTRBW warrants at $6.43 per share.
- The NTRBW warrants expired on September 30, with no extension, leaving the company with no remaining tradeable warrants.
- Proceeds will primarily fund the remaining clinical development of AVERSA Fentanyl and the preparation and submission of its new drug application to the FDA.
- AVERSA Fentanyl aims to become the world’s first opioid patch with abuse-deterrent properties.
- The company estimates that AVERSA Fentanyl could achieve peak annual U.S. sales of $80M to $200M.
