Cirrus Logic收购DeliverTVMSem导体

Cirrus Logic (CRUS) said on Tuesday that it has acquired INVENTVM, a fabless semiconductor company based in Pavia, Italy that specializes in mixed-signal power management and audio integrated circuits.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and it will not have a material impact on Cirrus Logic’s revenue, the company said.
