WISeQey开始以WQEY的身份在纳斯达克和六月上市

- WISeQey (WQEY), a global quantum cybersecurity and space IoT company, said on Monday that its shares began trading on the Nasdaq and SIX under the new symbol WQEY.
- The trading follows the company's redomiciliation from Switzerland to the British Virgin Islands.
- The company's subsidiary, WISeSat.Space (SAIQ), also listed on the Nasdaq.
- WISeSat.Space closed a $10M private investment in public equity on October 1, 2026, concurrently with the closing of the business combination from SEALSQ (LAES), WISEQey stated.
- Shares of WISeQey fell more than 10% in extended trading.
