Pinterest (PINS) announced on Monday that it appointed James Dibbo as CFO, effective October 26, 2026, succeeding Julia Brau Donnelly.
Dibbo joins from Amazon (AMZN), where he most recently served as CFO for Global Entertainment, Advertising, and Corporate Development. Moreover, he focused on scaling operations and improving profitability.
Donnelly will remain with Pinterest in an advisory role through October 30 to support the transition.
On the market side, the stock traded ~2% lower at ~$19.65 in the after-hours trading session.
