Genmat、AbbVie数据提升Epkinly作为一线B细胞淋巴瘤治疗方法

- Genmab (GMAB) and AbbVie (ABBV) said that topline results from a phase 3 trial found that Epkinly (epcoritamab), in combination with standard of care cancer treatment known as R-CHOP, led to significant improvement in progression-free survival compared to R-CHOP alone in first-line patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
- Data from the EPCORE DLBCL-2 trial found those in the cohort receiving epcoritamab plus rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) saw their risk of disease progression or death was cut by 51% compared to the group receiving just R-CHOP.
- Epkinly, a T-cell engaging bispecific antibody, is already approved for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, but as a third-line treatment.
