- Logistic Properties of the Americas (LPA) announced on Monday that it agreed to sell its Bogotá logistics portfolio to Bancolombia for $152M in cash.
- The deal is expected to close in early Q4 2026.
- The portfolio includes five fully leased buildings totaling 1.26M square feet and was sold at an 8.2% in-place cap rate.
- The company expects about $70M in net after-tax distributable proceeds, which it plans to redeploy toward higher-return growth opportunities, mainly in Mexico.
- The deal takes the company's completed and announced 2026 asset sales above $300M.
- On the market side, the stock traded ~4% higher at ~$3.10 in the pre-market session.
