Omega Healthcare将佛罗里达州的32个设施转移到PACS集团

- Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) said it has transitioned 32 skilled nursing facilities in Florida from an operator managed by affiliates of Airamid Health Services to subsidiaries of PACS Group (PACS), effective Oct. 1, 2026.
- As part of the transition, rent on the portfolio is scheduled to increase by $26.1M in the first year and by an additional $2.5M in the second year, followed by contractual 2% escalators. The portfolio will be added to Omega’s existing master lease with PACS.
- Omega incurred a one-time expense of approximately $90M in connection with the transition.
