Nebius (NBIS) on Thursday said it has acquired Inferize to strengthen the AI company's token factory's production inference stack.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Inferize is an inference optimization company whose technology shortens the time needed to launch and scale large AI models, making inference workloads elastic.
NBIS +1.9% at $240.52 premarket.
