Grindr将以2.5亿美元收购PurposeMed

- Grindr (GRND) said on Wednesday it agreed to acquire PurposeMed, the parent company of Freddie, for $250M in cash and stock.
- The consideration includes $190M in cash and $60M in Grindr common stock, with up to an additional $70M in cash tied to 2027 performance targets.
- The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026.
- Freddie expects 2026 revenue of more than $80M and Adjusted EBITDA of more than $10M.
- The acquisition is expected to have a limited impact on the company’s 2026 results, with its 2027 outlook to be provided with Q3 earnings.
- Following the deal, the company plans to integrate Freddie and its existing Woodwork performance-medication offering into its Grindr Health business.
