Sciencia宣布25投1的反向股票拆分

- Scienture (SCNX) will implement a 1-for-25 reverse stock split before markets open on October 5, 2026.
- The company’s shares will continue trading on Nasdaq under the SCNX ticker on a split-adjusted basis.
- Every 25 existing shares will automatically convert into 1 share, with no change to the par value per share.
- Based on 41.06M shares outstanding as of September 30, the company expects ~1.64M shares outstanding after the split.
- The reverse split is intended to help maintain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid-price requirement and create additional shares available for future issuance.
