UPS为TikTok Shop提供无箱、无标签送货
2026-09-29 22:37
- UPS (UPS) is providing no-box/no-label returns for the TikTok Shop network of U.S. sellers to help online retailers with the high cost of merchandise returns and offer services similar to FedEx (FDX) and Amazon (AMZN).
- According to the National Retail Federation, ~20% of online sales are returned.
- As part of its "Happy Returns" service, shoppers can now bring an unwanted item to ~10,000 "return bars" inside participating retailers like Ulta (ULTA), Staples, or to a UPS store, where employees will scan, package, and attach a shipping label at no charge to the customer.
- The items are then boxed altogether and sent to processing hubs.
