Flash Sports & Media partners (FLZH) said on Tuesday it entered a 12-month agreement with MindWave Innovations to develop and operate FlashChain.
The company will own FlashChain, its brand, and Digital Asset and Ticketing Ledger, while MindWave will provide the underlying infrastructure and technical services.
FLZH will lead FlashChain's rights, licensing, partnerships, and community management.
As consideration, MindWave will receive FLZH common shares and an allocation equal to 20% of the total FLASH TOKEN supply.
The agreement includes an annual maintenance fee equal to 50% of applicable contract consideration.
The agreement runs for 12 months, with deliverables subject to FLZH's acceptance testing and technical support eligible for annual renewal thereafter.
