Adecoagro将提前赎回2.35亿美元优先票据

Adecoagro (AGRO) will redeem all outstanding 6.000% Senior Notes due 2027, with an aggregate principal amount of ~$234.9M.
The redemption is scheduled for October 28, 2026, eliminating the company’s nearest bond maturity.
The notes will be redeemed at 100% of principal value plus accrued and unpaid interest, including $6.17 per $1,000 of notes.
Adecoagro said the early redemption is part of its liability management strategy aimed at improving its debt profile and maintaining a prudent capital structure.
