- TOYO (TOYO) announced on Monday that it has signed multiple binding U.S. solar PV module supply agreements worth about $240M since mid-June.
- The contracts cover U.S. utility-scale, commercial, community solar, and data center projects, with deliveries running through H1 2027.
- The modules will be produced at TOYO’s Houston facility, which currently has about 2 GW of annual capacity.
- The company said the contracts provide better visibility into capacity utilization through 2027 as demand rises for U.S.-made solar products.
- Separately, the company also expects positive EBITDA in H2 2026 but is not providing specific revenue or earnings guidance due to ongoing U.S. trade and regulatory uncertainty.
- On the market side, the TOYO stock traded nearly 6% lower at ~$4.22 in the pre-market session.
