NPS通过PEAK：AIO收购来解决人工智能存储瓶颈

NetApp (NTAP) announced on Friday that it plans to acquire PEAK:AIO to expand its AI infrastructure capabilities.
The deal will add PEAK:AIO’s metadata technology and parallel file-system capabilities to NetApp’s ONTAP platform, targeting large-scale AI workloads and growing GPU clusters.
The combined system is designed to support trillions of files and multi-exabyte data environments while maintaining security and reliability.
The company expects the combination to help customers scale shared storage, reduce data-related GPU slowdowns, and improve AI infrastructure efficiency.
