BitFrontier Capital，NEXT 10签署意向书，获得75%的所有权交易

BitFrontier Capital (BFCH), doing business as UNLOCKD, said it signed a binding LOI with NEXT10 (NXTN) that would give NEXT10 approximately 75% ownership of BFCH.
The parties agreed to use $0.0004 per BFCH share as the transaction’s reference value.
At the initial closing, NEXT10 is expected to contribute businesses and assets, take a noncontrolling stake, and receive board representation.
The deal is intended to expand BFCH’s health, wellness, longevity, and human-optimization platform, which includes Ancient Extracts, EVERMIND, and 1ENERGY.
The proposed transaction is intended to combine that focused platform with NEXT10’s broader operating, acquisition, and asset-development capabilities.
