- Forward Industries (FWDI) said on Wednesday it entered an agreement to sell 3.125M common shares at $8 each for gross proceeds of about $25M.
- The company plans to use the net proceeds to buy additional SOL and increase the size of its Solana treasury.
- The closing of the offering is expected to take place around Sept. 24, 2026
- A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
