• Highlander Silver (HSLV) signed a mandate with Natixis CIB for a fully underwritten seven-year senior secured project finance facility of $330M.
• The financing will be supported by a cost overrun facility of up to $100M, to be provided by Highlander Silver (HSLV) before the first draw. Final facility amounts remain subject to due diligence.
• Highlander Silver (HSLV) will use the funds to finance the development and construction of its Corani Silver Project in Peru.
• The company had approximately $100M in cash and no debt as of June 30. Highlander Silver (HSLV) also retained 100% of the project's offtake rights.
• Closing of the facility is expected in Q1 2027.
